State of the Cruise Industry Course 

  • Log into your CLIA account to take the CLIA State of the Cruise Industry Course.
  • From the home page access the test as shown below. 
  • Use the State of the Industry Outlook to help you with your test. 
  • This course has been know to cause issues with browsers. You have to add it to your cart. Please see troubleshooting below:
  • Receiving “Access Denied” message or courses not loading?

    Steps to Resolve:

    1. Make sure that you are using the most recent version of your chosen browser and your pop-up blocker is turned off.
    2. Go to the privacy and security settings of that browser. Sometimes this will require you to go to advanced settings.
    3. Make sure that the time range states “All time” or similar language.
    4. Clear/delete:
      1. Cookies and other site data
      2. Cached images and files
    5. Once this action has been completed, completely close your browser.
    6. Follow steps 1 – 5 for every browser on your computer.
    7. After this is done, you should not have any browsers or applications open on your computer.
    8. Restart your computer. Once your computer has rebooted, choose your browser of choice to access your course.

    PLEASE NOTE:

    1. Do not attempt to open a different browser to access the course without having taken the steps above, as the system will continue to experience the same problems until the settings have been changed and your cookies and cached images/files have been cleared.
    2. Do not attempt to access the course on a different computer without taking the steps above, as the system will continue to recognize your previous session and will not resolve the issue.
